Why I’m doing diagnoses
A few reasons.
The first is selfish. I love this work, and recording walkthroughs gives me pattern recognition across many businesses — which makes me better at the work I do for paying clients.
The second is strategic. Most people who become Zainatain clients want to see how I think before they commit to anything paid. The walkthrough is the cleanest way to show you. If we end up working together, great. If not, you walk away with three specific, actionable recommendations — which is more than most “free audits” deliver after demanding an hour-long sales call upfront.
