Leigh’s career spans more than 14 years working across startups, growing companies, and global organizations where she has helped teams design, build, and improve digital products and marketing platforms.
Her work has included leading website design and development projects, managing complex digital initiatives, and helping organizations understand how their online presence supports larger business goals. She has collaborated with teams across marketing, product, engineering, and leadership to bring together strategy, design, and technology in ways that create more effective digital experiences.
Earlier in her career Leigh held roles in marketing, product management, and digital strategy where she led website initiatives, supported global digital programs, and helped organizations improve how customers and partners interact with their platforms. During her time at Delta Air Lines she worked on the corporate digital products team, contributing to the user experience strategy for corporate booking platforms and helping support the global expansion of Delta’s B2B web ecosystem.
Her work has also taken her internationally, including time living and working in cities such as Shanghai and Dubai, experiences that shaped her perspective on digital products, user behavior, and global markets.
Leigh holds an International MBA in Marketing and Arabic from the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business, along with dual undergraduate degrees in Studio Art and Religion. This combination of design, strategy, and cultural perspective continues to influence how she approaches digital work today.
